Working Out on Vacation
My absolute favorite workout to do on vacation, and at home, is P.volve. It lengthens and tones and I'll do anything the Victoria's Secret models do.
Of course, not everyone enjoys the same thing and not everyone wants lean muscles. My general rule of thumb is to workout digitallay - with an app or online - leave any equipment at home, and potentially even workout sneakers.
